OKEHAMPTON COLLEGE IN TOP 9% OF SCHOOLS
The Government recently released this year's publication showing school performance across the country. The document not only looks at headline figures but also the value that schools add to students progress as they move between Year 7 and Year 11 (this is referred to as Value-Added in the Government documentation). The figures just released, show that Okehampton College was in the top 9% of schools in the country for this measure. The performance of the English and Maths Faculties were even more staggering with English being in the top 5% and Maths in the top 4% of schools nationally. A massive congratulations to everyone for such a great achievement.

OKEHAMPTON COLLEGE PARTNERSHIP BOARD MEETING
Prior to Okehampton College becoming a Federation with a number of local primary schools, it was proposed that once the main Governance of the Federation had been settled, a new body would be convened that would get fully involved with the College and raise any issues of concern from the community that would particularly relate to the school. The group would be given the title of a Partnership Board / Ethos Committee, which would report to the main Governing body.
If you are interested in joining this group, please contact the College.
