The Arbor Parent App
The Arbor Parent App is a secure and easy-to-use mobile platform that allows you to stay informed and manage key aspects of your child’s school life from your smartphone.
✅ Step 1: Wait for Your Welcome Email
- Your school will send you a welcome email once Arbor is activated.
- This email contains a link to set your password via the browser version of the Parent Portal.
- You must set your password before logging into the app.
📲 Step 2: Download the App
- Android: Go to the Google Play Store, search for “Arbor”, and tap Install.
- iOS: Go to the App Store, search for “Arbor”, and tap Get.
🔐 Step 3: Log In
- Open the app and enter the email address you provided to the school.
2. Tap “Find your school” and select it from the list.
3. Enter your password (created via the welcome email link).
4. Confirm your child’s date of birth for security.
5. You’re now logged in!
🔔 Step 4: Enable Notifications
- Allow Push Notifications so you receive updates about attendance, messages, and events.
- You can manage notification settings via your phone’s Settings > Arbor > Notifications.
📚 What You Can Do in the App
- View your child’s attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.
- Update contact details, medical info, and consents.
