SEND at Okehampton College
Vision: Action at All Levels
At Okehampton College, our approach to SEND is guided by the five principles of inclusion (Newmark and Rees) and driven by a commitment to care, challenge, and enabling every student to thrive.
A Shared Future
Our inclusive practice ensures that all students are supported not only in their present learning journey, but also in becoming successful, contributing members of society. We nurture each student’s aspirations — for Post-16 education, careers, and lifelong goals — laying the foundation for future success.
Through care, challenge, and thriving partnerships, we are building a supportive and aspirational environment for all.
