Edexcel GCSE 9-1 Mathematics
Edexcel have released detailed information about the content of each of the three papers, helping students to focus their revision. Synoptic questions may still include skills and knowledge from other topic areas, so in lessons we will continue to cover the curriculum and revise a broad range of topics, whilst also ensuring effective revision of the identified topic areas. Topic lists are available for each paper, mapping the topics to either Sparx or HegartyMaths. These are brilliant resources to support your revision, so make good use of one or both of them! |

AQA Level 2 Further Mathematics
The Advance information provided by AQA shows the main focus of the questions on each of the papers. The best way to revise is by completing past papers, which we will do both altogether in class and individually at home. Please make use of the websites Hegarty Maths and Corbett Maths; both of which do have some of the Further Maths topics within. Remember to use the advance information to search for these topics. For extra material there are several revision guides and workbooks available for a small price such as this CGP workbook which we would recommend. We will use Maths lesson time between the final (third) Maths GCSE paper and final (second) Further Maths paper for some extra revision. |
